What is Lincoln Peak Village? Lincoln Peak Village is the newly designed base area at Sugarbush Resort. In addition to the premier ski in, ski out residences of Clay Brook, Lincoln Peak Village boasts a 6000 sq. foot round restaurant, open to the public, and a new base lodge with increased seating capacity and improved services. This all-new village provides diverse venues for special events of any size and is home to four seasons of recreation and adventure.
What is Clay Brook? Clay Brook consists of 61 luxury slopeside residences at the heart of the all-new Lincoln Peak Village. Residences range from studios to five bedroom suites and are sold fully furnished, equipped, and elegantly finished. Clay Brook provides turn-key ownership with a host of amenities including: underground parking and valet services, personal concierge, grocery delivery service, private owner’s lounge, personal storage units, boot warming and ski valet services, year-round, outdoor, heated pool and hot tubs, health & racquet club membership, and golf club privileges.
What is the ownership structure? The residences of Clay Brook are whole or fractionally owned condominiums. Fractional, quarter-deeded, ownership entitles you to 13 weeks of ownership each year, one week every fourth week on an equitable, rotating schedule.
How is ownership at Clay Brook evidenced? Both whole and fractional ownership are evidenced by a real estate deed. Your property may be placed in trust, sold, or willed like any other titled piece of real estate.
Is this a timeshare? No. This is titled, deeded real estate in perpetuity.
Is day use permitted? Yes. Owners have access to Clay Brook services and amenities 365 days of the year (please request Ownership Privileges for further details on "country-club" privileges).
Can I rent my unit? Yes. Although not obligated to participate in the rental management program, owners have the option to submit rental inventory twice yearly, in advance of the season. This allows the resort lodging and events departments to maximize occupancy for individual guests, families, and larger groups.
How will I access my skis and bike while in residence? Our valet service will store your equipment slopeside ready for your use, while boots are set on dryers overnight in the boot-check room.
Where do I store my personal belongings when not in residence? Ownership includes a personal storage unit. Individual containers can be valeted to your residence upon arrival and departure for storage of your personal items.
Can I bring my pet? Dogs are allowed in designated units (please request Dog-friendly Policies for further details).
