Heather Loughlin, Vice President of Sales
After a few years in NYC and then LA Heather finally made her way back to the northeast. The traditions of life that come with the seasons were missed....Heather has been with the Real Estate Development Division since December 2004, bringing her experience as Director of Sales and Marketing with an International Hotel & Resort Company and VP of Sales for a National Title Insurance Company. We are very fortunate to have such a talented and diverse team member. Having been a ski patroller at a central Vermont resort in her younger days, she holds a special place in her heart for the Green Mountains. Her passion for this place is infectious.
Wendy Brauer, Sales Executive
A sixth generation Vermonter, Wendy returned to the Mad River Valley in 1993 after having worked and lived in London for 15 years. She has been involved in several real estate developments and spent many years in the local residential real estate market as both a listing agent and a buyer broker. Dedicated to the arts in the Mad River Valley Wendy sits on the board of directors for the Green Mountain Cultural Center. She lives in Warren with her husband, the acclaimed painter Bill Brauer, and are enjoying being recent empty nesters!
Heidi Witschi, Sales and Marketing Coordinator
As the newest member of the team, Heidi brings over twelve years experience as general manager of a successful fashion accessory manufacturer. Her customer service skills and sales and marketing background are the perfect compliment to the Real Estate Development Division. Although new to Lincoln Peak Village Real Estate, Heidi is both a former Sugarbush ski instructor and ski patrol. She and husband Jesse Murphy live in Fayston and enjoy sharing the wonders of skiing and the beauty of Vermont with their two young daughters.
