Timbers, the round-barn inspired restaurant at Clay Brook at Sugarbush provides upscale dining options every day. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, our 6000 square foot restaurant is open to the public and is available as a venue for weddings and other special events. Named after its timber frame construction, this round post and beam restaurant seats 130 and boasts 45-foot cathedral ceilings, a curved cement bar, a large stone fireplace, a lounge and dining areas, as well as indoor and outdoor slopeside seating. It's unique design and warm atmosphere make Timbers the perfect compliment to Clay Brook and Lincoln Peak Village.
